Eva Kemp calls the meeting to order
Our Venue for the SDOM!

Friday evenings reception was a great get to know you event with a wonderful cocktail party and dinner after which the ship provided all the entertainment we could need or want and although we had been travelling since early in the day we took the opportunity to explore and enjoy ourselves with some of the DBE girls from other parts of America not just the Southern District.
The meeting held on Saturday morning with invited guests touched on topics such as Fund Raising, Membership Issues and many more topics, it was a very productive meeting with lots of good ideas and well participated discussion.
Saturday afternoon was free time so after lunch we took the opportunity to get off ship and explore for a few hours, the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the time. Evening found us dressed up in our finery attending the Captains Dinner, lots of pictures were taken some of which you can view on the Website…again we enjoy dinner, then afterwards we went to a show and on to dancing and karaoke.
Sunday came around all too fast and it was time to say good by to old and new friends alike, it was well worth the travel from TN to FL and I know that none of us who attended will ever forget the experience !
