Centre Court Teas
January's tea was held at the home of Melanie DeWitt
Despite dreadful weather, raining cats and dogs, 16 brave ladies showed up for our January meeting.
We talked about planning our fund raising schedule, next month this will be the topic. We hope to come up with
some new and fun things to do.
Our Hostess Melanie with her two helpers Sandra and Terry served a wonderful tea. We had cucumber and egg salad sandwiches,
cheese and crackers, sausage rolls, fresh strawberries and a delicious lemon cake which was enjoyed by all.
Until next month Cheerio.

P.S. photographs to follow.
February's tea was held at the home of Judy Berry on February 28th 2010
The February meeting had 16 Centre Court members attending at Judy Berry's home.
We discussed the up and coming Mountbatten House Convention which is to be held in Sarasota Florida in May of this year. Four Centre Court members intend travelling down for this convention, and look forward to meeting the ladies with whom they have only corresponded with in the past.
Other discussions took place regarding the annual Christmas Tea. The location was the main topic and so far that has not been agreed upon. We are hoping everyone works hard at coming up with suggestions.
A delicious tea was served by Judy and her Hostess Helpers with excellent Scones, wonderful sandwiches, delicious sausage rolls and luscious desserts.
